Computerworld India has compiled a list of some of the most exciting technology events of interest to IT executives in India.
Measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 mean many of these conferences and events are now online only—but in some ways that has only made them more accessible to busy workers without the time to travel.
The situation is likely to evolve in the months to come, though, as face-to-face events creep back into the schedule so we recommend that you bookmark this page, check back here regularly for updates—and double-check with the organisers of any in-person event before you make travel arrangements.
December 2021
1-2 December: E-commerce Tech Summit 2021, online. A two-track event for developers of e-commerce software projects.
1-3 December: Nasscom Product Conclave, online. The annual conference brings together some of the top Indian and global product veterans.
2 December: Digital Transformation Summit India, online. A platform gathering digital and business leaders to dissect challenges, discuss the best practices, and explore new solutions for the digital leap.
6 December: Hybrid Everything: CIOs Can Reinvent How We Work, Interact, and Live Life, online. A Gartner webinar pushing CIOs and IT leaders to reinvent the hybrid equation and help guide the enterprise in new directions.
7 December: The Economic Times Cloud Innovation Summit 2021, online. Implementers of tcloud echnology from various segments of Indian businesses, regulators, and policy makers will share their knowledge.
7-9 December: Geosmart India 2021, Hyderabad. Showcasing the disruptive impact of geospatial systems on Indian businesses, government, and society.
8-9 December: IDC Industry Innovation Awards, online. An open platform for operational and technology leaders to network with peers and technology partners.
9-10 December: Dynamic CIO India Cloud Summit 2021, online. Discussing possibilities, innovations and tech advancements in the cloud based on the theme: ‘Reform, Perform, Transform: The Future with Cloud’
16 December: TechCircle Cloud- the Digital Infrastructure 2021, online. A summit on the future of cloud, and its role in digital transformation.
16-18 December: TechIndia, Mumbai. This 10th international exhibition on engineering and manufacturing is a cooperation between builders and buyers in the engineering, machinery and manufacturing industries.
February 2022
16-18 February: Nasscom Technology & Leadership Forum, online. An annual event for technology leaders from across Asia.
March 2022
10-11 March 2022 (new dates): 5G Congress 2022. ETTelecom will conduct The 5G Congress to discuss roadmap for the next generation 5G network along with use cases, device ecosystem and India’s regulatory environment.
23-25 March: Internet of Things India expo and Embedded Tech Summit, New Delhi. Two collocated expos bringing together developers of hardware, system software, tools, and services with governing bodies, academia, resellers/distributors, solution providers and solution seekers.
September 2022
19-20 September: Gartner Data & Analytics Summit, Mumbai. Addressing challenges faced by data analytics leaders as they build the innovative and adaptable organizations of the future.
